Although we have created our website with the utmost care , we can not guarantee the correctness , completeness and topicality of the contents . After the general laws we are responsible for our own content on our website as a service provider for the German Telemedia Act ( TMG). For third-party content , we as service providers are not responsible insofar as we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored foreign information or to look at all circumstances that indicate illegal activity . This does not affect our obligation to remove or block the use of information under the general laws. However , a relevant liability is only possible from the date of knowledge of a specific infringement . We can therefore illegal content no sooner then remove it from our website , if they have become known to us.
